Our telephone is answered 24 hours daily, and one of the doctors is available at all times. In case of emergency please call 911.

Appointments

Initial appointments made with our neurologists must be scheduled by a referring physician. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we would appreciate the courtesy of 24-hour notice. In general, appointments will be divided into consultation, testing, and follow-up appointments. A decision regarding the suitability of treatment in the office or outpatient setting can be made at the initial consultation appointment. It is most important that your medical history be given close attention, as this closely affects your treatment plan. For this reason, we ask that you carefully and thoroughly complete your medical history.

Hospitals

The Physicians in our group admit, round and follow patients at Memorial Hospital Only. Our partner, Dr. Ravi Chander, follows all patients at Erlanger Medical Center. Dr. Abdul Eletr supplies coverage at Parkridge Hospital.

If you would like a physician from this group to follow you during hospitalization, you will need to come to Memorial. If your insurance requires you to use another facility, one of our partners can follow you while you are there, if necessary.
